Six Pack Abs
Remember everyone has six pack abs, you just need to understand your body and burn that enough fat to kill the myth of how to make six pack abs. So don’t get influenced by those ADS which points on spending 5 – 10 minutes on daily basis on abs and get six pack or reveal your abs. Point is to touch each muscle from head to toe by doing core exercises to burn enough fat. Lets see how it works and it is applicable for both men & women.
Goal should be to have fat loss by doing more productive or compound exercises (list of compound exercises are mentioned in the end of article). There is no point spending an hour on crunches & sit ups. Try spending 20 minutes on abdominal exercises twice or thrice a week.
Smart cardio methods also helps in fat loss process. It means mixing cardio with abdominal exercises. For example if you are doing interval sprints on a stationary bike or treadmill, run for 30 seconds at your maximum speed and then hop off from a machine and do a set of 20 of any abdominal exercise. This will heat you up and will help you burn your fat at a faster pace.
Protein helps to build lean muscle and helps to burn fat. Out of all the macro nutrients, lean protein has the highest thermal effect on the body. It should be a part of our daily diet for ripped ABS.
Most of the people believe the Carbs will make you fat and that myth needs to be busted. Of course anything in excess has a negative effect but natural grain or carbs such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, and oatmeal are actually quite beneficial in your 6 pack, especially when consumed after workout. Try to have moderate amount of carbs and vegetables with each meal. Consuming these carbs post workout has less chances of turning into fat.
Eat polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats such as raw nuts, nut butters, fish oil and olive oil. Healthy fats burn more fat actually than a low fat diet. Please have it post workout & in small amount.
Eat healthy diet . It is a combination of protein, carbs and healthy fat. One should have lots of fiber & raw vegetables with each meal. Vegetables are jam packed with tons of antioxidants, fiber, minerals, and vitamins which are all essential for building a lean body and ripped six pack.
Alone doing crunches can not give you ripped six pack abs. We should focus on compound or intense training exercises by mixing it with healthy diet.
Combining lean protein with the correct amount of green leafy vegetables, good carbs, and healthy fats helps to charge metabolism and turn your body into a 24 * 7 fat burning machine.

To achieve six pack abs we need to have zero tolerance on ALCOHOL. Booze kills the fat burn process.
